This bundle includes poetry resources from Indigenous poets in Canada, as well as the United States.
While many of these poetry collections are listed on various different lists of resources for secondary students, most are not written specifically for a teenage audience and, therefore, may contain mature subject matter (violence, suicide, racism, sexual content, abuse, strong language, etc.) and/or triggering content. It is strongly recommended that educators pre-read all works included to ensure that an entire collection, or selected poems, are suitable for use with their students.
