Asha Frost

Asha Frost is an Indigenous Medicine Woman and founder of Sacred Membership, a global online medicine circle community. For the past two decades, she has served thousands of people in her work as a native healer, teacher, and leader, facilitating hundreds of healing circles with a variety of audiences and bringing her medicine gifts to both professional and private spaces. Asha has studied with many shamans, medicine people, elders, and guides, and believes that our way forward is through healing our stories so that we do not carry our trauma into the next generation. She lives in Newmarket, Canada, with her graphic designer husband and two boys, who spark her purpose and joy.
