Peggy MacTaggart is a Métis with close ties to the Eagle Lake First Nations of Northern Ont., as well as Wabigoon First Nation, Ont. She moved to Quebec City in 1991 to take care of her aging parents. God Don't Make No Junk is Peggy's first published work and her first book.
