Ray McSwain
Ray McSwain, Tlicho citizen was raised in Behchokǫ̀, Northwest Territories. Ray has spent his life surrounded by the natural, scenic beauty which has inspired him to become artist. Ray began to paint at a young age, developing a unique style. Ray describes his art as “a way for me to show my respect for the harmony that exists between indigenous people, nature and the beauty of my culture in the true north.
