Mackenzie Cameron

Mackenzie Cameron is a 16 year old junior attending Miles MacDonell Collegiate. She is from Ochekwi-Sipi Cree Nation. Mackenzie grew up in Winnipeg and attended French Immersion programming since Kindergarten. When the opportunity to illustrate a Dene children’s book arose, Mackenzie was excited because she enjoys learning about other First Nation people and creating Art.
