Beverley Gray is a boreal herbalist, aromatherapist, natural health practitioner and author of the bestselling and awardwinning book, The Boreal Herbal: Wild Food and Medicine Plants of the North (Aroma Borealis Press, 2011). She owns the Aroma Borealis Herb Shop and lives in Whitehorse, Yukon.
