Strong Nations will not charge your credit card until we're ready to ship your order, and we'll only charge you for what is shipped.
We will never sell, give away or otherwise divulge your name, email address, home address, phone number, or buying preferences to anyone.
Shipping Policy
During the Canada Post strike, we continue to ship packages within Canada and worldwide using our courier partners.
Please note:
- Orders destined for P.O. boxes and remote areas in Canada may experience significant delays.
- Courier shipments within Canada may need to be collected from a designated pickup location.

Our shipping practice is to hold an order until complete. Sometimes, this can take 3-4 weeks or longer depending on the availability. During the checkout process, you will have the option to approve Back Orders/Partial Shipments. This means that we will ship out what we have now and send the remainder later. Please note that this will likely increase your shipping cost beyond what is quoted when you place your order. For more information, please contact us.
Foreign Currency
We will bill your credit card in Canadian dollars. However, your credit card company will convert the Canadian total to your own currency when they bill you.
Returns Policy
Before returning any items, please contact us and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Without this number we can not accept your return.
All items returned must be in like-new condition, be packed and shipped appropriately and must include the packing slip and Return Authorization Number. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee to be assessed upon receiving the returned items. Shipping costs may not be refundable.
Security and Privacy Policy
We take your security and privacy while visiting our site very seriously.

- Credit card information and personal information is never sent via e-mail.
- Your personal information will not be sold, traded, or made public in any way.
