Online Store Updates During Covid-19
Since the beginning of the pandemic, our priority has been the safety and well-being of those with whom we work and serve, including customers, employees, suppliers, and community members. We continue to wear masks, remain physically distanced, clean workspaces regularly, and disinfect packages. Pick-up orders are brought out to customers in their vehicles instead of having customers come to the front door. Thank you for understanding and helping to keep everyone safe during these challenging times.
Shopping locally with us? If you'd prefer a curbside pickup instead of having your order shipped, select our Pick Up Option at checkout! Place your order as normal, select our Pick Up Option at checkout, and no shipping costs will be applied. After receiving confirmation your order is complete and ready for pick up, you may arrive anytime between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, to pick up your order. Please call 250.758.4287 to let our team know you have arrived, and your order will be brought out to you. Please note our new warehouse address is 2595 McCullough Rd in Nanaimo. Thank you for your cooperation!
Due to the pandemic, all non-book items (giftware, toys, etc.) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Supply Chain Issues
Supply chain issues across the globe are affecting the delivery, printing, and releasing of resources from various publishers and book distributors, which is affecting our offerings. We are doing our best to update products in real-time and as we acquire more information. We are grateful for your patience, understanding, and support.
