Pascal Milelli graduated from the Alberta College of Art and Design. His first picturebook was the award-winning Rainbow Bay, followed by The Art Room, which was awarded the Amelia Frances Howard-Gibbon Award for Illustration. Pascal lives in Vancouver, British Columbia.
